As an Integrative Health Coach, Herbalist and Reiki Healer, I’ve done the work—read the books, taken the courses, earned the certifications, taught the classes—and lived through these challenges myself.
With a family history of autoimmune diseases, I realized years ago that my lifestyle was leading me towards a path of illness, a path I didn’t want to go down. Each year more family members were being diagnosed with autoimmune diseases and I needed to do something.
So I went on a mission to become more responsible for my own health, find the root cause of my current heath issues, incorporate herbal remedies and holistic practices.

No. This is a whole person approach to health. The focus is getting you healthier. People tend to make changes naturally that include a healthier diet and exercise, but it really is about all of you, not just the number on the scale.
If you want to try a new diet, go for it, but this not a diet-specific program. We do teach you the importance of holistic lifestyle changes. We also encourage daily movement and adding more plants to your meals, but you get to choose how you do it.
We do not follow the latest Tik-Toc or viral trends. We teach you sensible, traditional practices hat have been used for thousands of years. Some people may be hesitant at first, but just give them a chance. Once you try them you'll be surprised.
Meditation is a practice of quieting the mind and focusing on the present moment. It has great benefits like stress reduction, increased mindfulness and improving overall well-being. You don't have to sit in a weird position or prayer closet, you can actually practice it in your car! I can show you how.
The information is out there, but if you Google it, there's a lot to search through. I've already done the research, gotten the certifications, used it in my own life and shared it with others. It's been a long journey, but you know what... I'm glad I took it. I really want to help you learn too and teach you what it's like to be in control of your health.
